"PC" - Penal Code Law
"HS" - Health & Safety Law

Policy of Time Allocation
Law Enforcement use the Penal Code as a guideline for placing punishment onto members of the community that break laws. This Penal code will act as the law of the land for the UWRP Community. Law Enforcement must imprison suspects for the lowest time defined by each charge unless the suspect has excessively failed to comply or committed given crimes in a very serious manner: if that happens, law enforcement officers may imprison such suspects for a time up to the maximum punishable time allowed by the Penal Code.
