(a) Definition
Hunting methods and equipment regulations dictate the types of equipment and methods that are legal for hunting specific game species, ensuring ethical and safe hunting practices.

Firearms: Regulations on the types and calibers of firearms allowed for hunting.
Archery: Restrictions on the use of bows and arrows.
Crossbows: Use of crossbows in hunting with specific regulations.
Traps: Types of traps permitted for trapping fur-bearing animals.
(b) Elements of the Offense
The following elements must be met to constitute an offense related to hunting methods and equipment:
The defendant used equipment or methods that are prohibited by San Andreas hunting laws.
The hunting activity involved the use of illegal or restricted equipment.
The equipment or methods used violated specific regulations for the species or area.
(c) Defenses
(a) It shall be a defense if the defendant can prove they were using equipment or methods that were legal at the time of hunting or that the equipment was legally obtained and used in compliance with regulations.
